We are looking for responsible and motivated warehouse workers/order pickers to join a logistics facility in Gernsheim, Germany.

The warehouse handles products for the DM retail chain, including everyday consumer goods such as toilet paper, pet food, diapers, shampoos, baby food, and household chemicals.

This is a stable warehouse position offering €13.90 gross per hour, with additional performance-based pay, accommodation available for €250 per month, and all necessary work clothing and equipment provided.

Job Description:

Picking and preparing goods for shipment to DM stores and other recipients.

Order picking is carried out using a hand scanner, with employees working with warehouse handling equipment (FFZ).

The salary after the initial training period is performance-based, meaning your earnings can increase depending on the number of units you successfully pick.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Picking orders using a hand scanner.

• Preparing goods for shipment to recipients.

• Assembling cartons according to order specifications.

• Working with warehouse handling equipment (FFZ).

• Picking and handling products for DM retail stores.

• Ensuring orders are correctly prepared for dispatch.

• Following warehouse procedures and safety regulations.

• Maintaining a clean and organized working environment.

• Working efficiently to achieve performance targets.

Working Hours / Shifts:

The work is carried out in two shifts.

Early shift:
Monday – Friday

Late shift:
Monday – Friday

Depending on the workload, Saturday work may also be required.

Each shift lasts approximately 8–10 hours, depending on the current workload and volume of orders.
